Spring is in the Air
This is the first time in several years that I have felt like I am working in a normal spring market. There is a buzz in the air, and it’s not just the bees. People are out looking for houses, homeowners are sprucing things up and putting beautifully prepared houses on the market, and deals are being made. As I write this, I have not “run the numbers” to see if the statistics match my intuition. Here goes…
Through the first quarter of this year, there were 56 single family home sales. That is a 14% increase for the same period in 2010, and 51% more than 2009 for the same period.
It’s still early in the year, but it sure does seem like a good trend. And, it’s nice to see some happy clients out there!
