Windermere Real Estate/Bainbridge Island produces a quarterly newsletter that reflects back on the past quarter and provides a forecast for what’s to come. I find the most recent newsletter to be an excellent reflection of what has been, what is, and what we expect to be happening in island real estate.
U.S. News and World Report publishes a “Top High Schools” list annually, and Bainbridge Island High School is always a leader in Washington. BIHS is ranked #8 in Washington state, and in the top 1.7% on a national level. As a parent of a current high schooler, I am delighted not only by the academics, but by the social environment, positive relationships between teachers and staff and students, and the broad range of extracurriculars.

I just listed this fabulous condominium at Vineyard Lane. http://bainbridgeagent.com/listing/78267338
Vineyard Lane is such a great community within the Bainbridge Island community. Maybe that’s why it has such a high owned occupancy rate. Most condominiums that have a rental cap (and Vineyard does) find that cap maxed out with a wait list for owners who want to use their properties as rentals. At Vineyard, there is no wait list, and only 5 units are rented (out of a possibility of 9). With a beautiful community building that can be utilized by owners for larger gatherings, and furnished suites that can be rented via Airbnb, Vineyard Lane is designed so that you can buy the amount of space you need every day rather than buying for the occasional need for a party or out of town guests.
I will be hosting open houses Saturday 4/28 from 12-2 and Sunday 4/29 from 1-4. Stop on by!
